Merry Christmas from the Home Office

I am obviously behind on my blog this week.  I just can't get it all done right now.  That's the curse of being a paper crafter...my presents take a lot longer to make :)  So, I am sharing a video from our home office today.  I hope your Christmas season has been magical!

New Storage

I'm pretty sure I have shown you the ink pad/marker/reinker shelf I got around Mother's Day.  I sent you to a site called stampnstorage.com.  It's not sponsored by SU!, but he makes stuff for our stuff :)  I just got this ribbon holder.  It's great b/c it comes with a little platform to display things.

I love that I can put my blocks where I can get to them quickly.  It's perfect!  Ask someone to get some of this for you for christmas.  Tell 'em I sent cha :)

Gift Packaging

I love this idea. It's so great to have for a teacher's gift or anything? And it says, "I care enough about you to make this for you." It's part of the gift.  I was inspired by my downline, Caren, on this one.
Supplies:
Stamp Set: Ornament Keepsakes
Paper: Cherry Cobbler, White
Ink: Gumball Green
Tools: Big Shot, designer rosette die, snow furry die, Holiday Ornaments framelits
Accessories: cherry cobbler baker's twine, basic rhinestones

And here's the closeup of the tag.  I'll probably make these for my presents this year.  It's nice that we have so many colors to choose from.  I can always find a color to match whatever wrapping I chose.

MDS Invitation

So, I took advantage of getting my MDS2 upgrade during our Holiday Extravaganza and I am super thrilled I did!  It has so many more images built in!  So you already saw my parents' Christmas Card, but today I created an invitation for an open house we are having.  I didn't have time to use our professional printing services b/c I know the quality would have been better.  What I DID have time to do was save my project as a .jpeg image and uploaded to my local Walgreens.  It was be printed on the regular photo paper, but I will mat it on vanilla cardstock for the final touch.  Here it is!!  And all I'm going to pay is $4.10 for the photos.  That beats any invitation store :)

Supplies: (all digital)
Stamp Set: Baroque Motifs, Old Saint Nick
Paper: always artichoke, very vanilla, cherry cobbler
Tools: MDS2, curly label punch
Accessories: artichoke grosgrain bow, gold brad
Font: Amienne

My parent's digital Christmas Card

I somehow convinced my parents to let me use My Digital Studio to make their Christmas Card this year.  I am very proud of it.  They wanted something simple and religious.  How did I do?  This is my whole family from Thanksgiving!  I am so fortunate that I love being around my whole family.  No drama.  I feel so blessed!  The card is Vanilla and is a 5x7 card that opens.  So here are the 4 pages of the card.  They were thrilled.  I know that our printing services will be much better than shutterfly, snapfish or any of those other companies.  Give it a try!
