Another Pop Up Dress

If you remember the little lipstick holder we made at my All Dressed Up Class this week, we realized it was cute, but not very functional.  So, I dressed it up.

Supplies:
Paper: Pool Party, Black, blush blossom (retired), Comfort Café DSP, Very Vanilla, brushed silver cardstock, window sheets
Ink: soft suede
Tools: Big Shot, all dressed up base and die cut and framelits, designer frames embossing folder, medium oval punch, ticket punch
Accessories: pool party ruffled ribbon, sponge dauber, basic rhinestones, jumbo pearls, designer faceted buttons, doily
