Four Frames #1 and quick tuesday tutorial

Good Morning.  Here is the first card in my series of 4 cards made with our new promo set, Four Frames, available April 1st!  I cased this card from Nelia Harper. Here is my video tutorial on how to mat this punch.

Supplies:
Stamp Set: Four Frames (available 4.1.11)

Paper: Petals Paisley DSP(available 4.1.11), always artichoke, chocolate chip, baja breeze, old olive

Ink: Chocolate Chip

Ribbon: Always Artichoke Seam binding ribbon

Tools: Big Shot, Scallop Circle Die, 3.5" circle die from ocassions mini, bird punch, butterfly punch, flower from punch pack, decorative lable punch, white gel pen, mat pack, paper piercing tool, window punch

Accessories: not quite navy brads, pearls
